Momentum Senior Living, our Orange County-based management company, has led senior living communities across the country since 2018. The company has grown to six operational communities, with several more in development. Their holistic approach to daily life, mind, body, spirit and environment shapes everything from programming to hospitality at The James.

Harbert South Bay Partners, based in Dallas, brings more than 30 years of experience. Since 1994, the firm has developed more than 11,000 senior living residences. Their focus on modern design and emerging wellness trends helped shape the vision for The James from the ground up.

  • W.E. O’Neil, general contractor since 1925, brought four generations of construction expertise to the build.
  • VTBS Architects, founded in 1994, led the architectural design with decades of experience across residential and retirement communities.
  • Urban Arena shaped the outdoor spaces and landscape design.
  • Rodrigo Vargas Design brought award-winning interior design experience from luxury hospitality and residential projects around the world.
